A new character I've been working on. He's actually an old character I dug up from one of my old sketchbooks. I realized I haven't been posting any development sketches. Everything I've been posting has been the final polished and clean version. The problem with clean drawings is that you lose those quick scribbles that just make those sketches come to life. PILOT PETER!
